Giesinger Bräu Sudhaus

Launched this year, the Giesinger Brauerei project reinterprets the existing brewery by integrating new spatial elements into the already operational brewing environment. We designed a new bar area with a small, open kitchen and traditional beer benches, carefully complementing the existing brewing equipment. Together with the pre-existing brewery infrastructure, these additions create a cozy and authentic brewery experience.

Conceived as a welcoming gathering space for both employees and visitors, the design encourages social interaction and relaxation. Enjoying a beer in this setting offers a unique connection to the brewing process and creates a memorable atmosphere rooted in tradition and craftsmanship.
