FTY Villa

Contemporary living shaped by light, proportion and detail.

Located on the Aegean coast of Türkiye, FTY Villa is a contemporary family residence that combines clear architectural forms with refined interior architecture. The project was developed in close collaboration with the local interior architect Kemal and Detay Mimarlık, gül koç tasarım + mimarlık, who created the original architectural concept and continue to oversee the statutory approval process, construction documentation and local implementation following our design revisions.

Our role focused on refining and enhancing the architectural expression of the villa by optimising its proportions, facade composition, materiality and architectural detailing to establish a timeless, coherent and elegant design language. The interior architecture was developed accordingly, creating a seamless dialogue between architecture and interior spaces while strengthening the overall spatial experience.

Natural stone, warm timber, bespoke joinery and carefully integrated lighting define the interior atmosphere, balancing functionality with understated elegance. A sculptural double-height staircase forms the heart of the residence, while custom-designed kitchens, bathrooms and built-in furniture establish a consistent design language throughout the house.

Our scope included the facade redesign, landscape concept, interior architecture, bespoke furniture design, lighting design, electrical and sanitary planning, as well as the complete material and colour concept. The design services were delivered through LP 1-4, ensuring a holistic design approach from concept development to design planning. The statutory approval planning, construction documentation and local site implementation are being carried out by our project partner Detay Mimarlık.

Altogether, FTY Villa expresses a contemporary architectural language through balanced proportions, natural materials and carefully crafted details, creating a home where architecture and interior architecture come together in a timeless, harmonious and enduring living environment.
